Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler with advantages of burning inferior coal(coal,coal gangue),furnace desulfurization,low NOx emission,the depth of variable load operation,has been widely applied in the power industry in China.However,compared with the pulverized coal boiler,CFB boiler is more complex in principle and operation mode.The combustion process has the characteristics of large delay,large inertia,multi variable coupling and changeable conditions,many interference factors,which bring great difficulties for automatic control.Therefore,this paper studies the automatic control system design problems with high performance of combustion process of CFB boiler,and on this basis to solve the problem of complexity of the control strategy and realization(cost);and the operation efficiency of the control algorithm of load rate(execution cost problem).The main work and results of this paper are embodied in:1.A bed temperature control method based on improved linear auto disturbance rejection control(ADRC)principle is presented,which is used to improve the anti-interference ability of the control system and the variable load adaptability.By introducing the multi variable internal model structure,the parameters of the extended state observer and the feedback controller can be effectively integrated,and the overall control performance of the system can be optimized.This work provides the principle,structure and method basis for further study of event driven control,as well as the contrast control method of event driven control method in simulation analysis.2.The paper presents an event driven control method,its core is composed of three parts: the state observer,event monitor and event controller.Drawing lessons from the structure and principle of ADRC,the paper expands the dimension of state observer in event driven controller,gives the tuning rules of event controller gain K and observer gain L,and solves the tuning difficulty of K and L in event driven control.The simulation results show that the two control strategies proposed in this paper can effectively control the temperature of CFB,which has good adaptability and strong anti-interference ability.At the same time,compared with the linear ADRC,event driven controller control can effectively reduce the times of operation,reduce the network load,reduce the frequency of the actuator,so as to improve the industrial control system execution efficiency,prolong the life span of the actuator.
