Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler is an advanced coal boiler which developed togetherwith the development of industry; it has a good prospect in the sight of professionalvisitors, because it’s technology truned to be high efficiency, low pollution and the goodeconomic efficiency. The models are established based on the analysis of combustprinciple, according to the an neural nets method is used to deal with the process coupling,then a combustion process controller is designed to make sure the system can run as thedesire set point, faunally a combustion control system is completed based on the workabove. The specific content is as follows:Firstly, the technical construction of CFBB is introduced, and the energy balance ofrare phase area and dense phase area is analyzed, then the quality and energy dynamicbalance equation is founded and dynamic curves of the relevant variables are mappedcombining with the operation data, at last the combustion process control models areestablished.Then, a detailed research about the coupling of combustion process is conducted inthis paper.The coupling degree is calculated according to the concept of relative gain,verified the existence of the coupling and the necessity of decoupling. The staticdecoupling devices are calculated and designed, and a neural nets method is introduced toimprove the efficiency of decoupling at the same time. The static decoupling and neuraldecoupling is simulated, and a comparison is done with the results of the system withoutdecoupling, it proved that that the designed decoupling devises have good effects.Besides, the controller of the steam pressure control circuit is designed. The designmethod of combustion system fuzzy controller is introduced in this paper, and threedifferent controllers are designed based on the traditional control and fuzzy controlmethod, a contrast of three controllers have been done on the simulation results, and theadvantages and disadvantages of the controllers been analyzed, the comparison resultsshow that Fuzzy-PID controller has obvious advantages in fast, stable and the controlrange.Finally, the supervisory control and data acquisition system is designed based on thealgorithm introduced, and the design idea of the supervisory schemes and method and ofthe implementation method of the algorithm are given in the paper. Then the uppercomputer interface configuration of the designed supervisory system was completed. And the operation simulation of the system is conducted at last.
