Electric power communication network is an important part of the power system,which carries the dispatching,management,network state,user data and other information services in power system.With the explosive growth of IP service,the mainstream communication technology of power communication network is evolving from IPoverSDH to IPoverWDM.WDM can multiplex multiple wavelength channels in a fiber segment to realize a large information transmission capacity.It has become one of the important issues relating to the allocation efficiency of the cyber source to allocate the routes and wavelengths resources in the network.Based on recent research of power communication optical network planning methods,this paper focuses on the services distribution in power communication optical transmission network.The classification of routing in optical transmission network is summarized,and the commonly used routing wavelength assignment algorithms are described.Then,based on the traditional ant colony algorithm framework,the ant colony optimization algorithm for wavelength conversion optical network and which can improve the network load balance is proposed.To meet the actual needs of electric power communication network planning,the strategies based on ant colony algorithm for long paths processing,services protection and recovery are put forward.With the cooperation and support of Global Energy Internet Research Institute and JS province electric power company,based on the science and technology project of the Power Grid Corp ‘Study on the adaptative architecture of communication network technology of smart grid development and development guide line',taking JS province OTN backbone power network as simulation object,according to the ‘power communication network planning and design' guidance law and ‘the various types of substation and the typical office bandwidth prediction model' during the 13 th Five-Year and the method of modeling and simulation,the performance of bearing services ability,availability of cyber source configuration,exchange pressure,adaptability and survivability of the network are analyzed,and suggestions of the power the backbone optical transmission network planning and construction are put forward.
