Design And Implementation Of An Online Survey System In Higher Education Field

The Ministry of education,the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the "opinions on deepening the reform of graduate education" in 2013.In accordance with this instructions,the degree committee Office of the State Council((hereinafter referred to as the State Council)organized a series special survey,such as "educational quality survey" and "subject evaluation survey",China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center(hereinafter referred to as CDGDC)as the State Council related work specific implementation unit.According to the instructions of the State Council Degree office,CDGDC set up a project:"Online Survey System in Higher Education Field"(hereinafter referred to as Online Survey System),and apply it to the survey work.Set up the Online Survey System,make survey work informative,the State Council will Directly facing the final survey user,Universities no longer need to submit data,not only reduce the workload,but also ensure the accuracy of the data;The system is based on the Internet,the survey results can be viewed in real-time,the survey is not limited by time and space;Using the large data technology to analyze the results of the survey,can reduce the complexity of the analysis,make the results more accurate and more targeted.We do requirements analysis first,understand the concerns of all types of users,Draw use case diagram,then sort out the business process,drawing business flow chart.Finally,we completed the requirement investigation report.Then we start System design work,System design work is divided into two stages,the first stage is the outline design,at this stage,we have completed the system logic architecture design,functional architecture design,deployment architecture design,security architecture design,technical route design,and finally completed the summary design report.The outline design describes the construction of the system.The second stage is the detailed design,we have completed the database design,module design,class design,interface design,interface design,key problem solution design,finally completed the detailed design,in the detailed design stage,We focus on the design of several key points of the system,including Add questions in distribution process,Export the survey results,Support the mobile access,Bulk import survey object,Support continued survey after break off,Multiple-questions-type storage management,Support masking question type.In the implementation stage of the system,we use the JavaEE development platform to implement the system which can expand,stabilize and develop high efficiency,Mainly realized Survey task management,Questionnaire management,Analysis of survey results,Basic data maintenance,Online survey and other functions.We did functional testing,performance testing,compatibility testing in the process of system development,and optimized the system based on the test results.Finally,the system formally launched.After the system online,the State Council completed a series of survey based on the system,it achieved good application effect.
