Study Of "The People's Daily"Ecological Edition From The Perspective Of The Green Development

At the end of October 2015,the party in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the idea of green development was the first plenary session of the Central Committee which identified as Chinese lead the economic development of the "coordinates",It becomes the one of "five development" concept,which shows its great significance.However,with the concept of green development,the domestic mainstream media reports in environmental news subject also concern on the green development,which reflects the current media reports on the environment more and more important.This paper analyzes the content of 535 samples of ecological weekly and ecological Edition of People's Daily in 2013 to 2016.With the guidance of the green development concept,It mainly from the reported theme,source,tone,genre,and the use of news frame selection.Then I try to explain this five aspects to explore if its issues topics are selection bias,and the analysis of the current People's Daily environmental news features.By summarizing the reported deficiencies and the reasons,I try to put forward corresponding suggestions for its improvement.The study found that People's Daily environmental news most themes closely around the concept of green development.Besides,its environmental reporting diversity,and it also have multiple perspectives to show the environmental news events.Meanwhile,in the present way,it reported the full coverage of the" human"factors.According to the reports,I also try to summarize some suggestions,such as People's Daily environmental News can report in a positive way.However,at the same time,it also has reported something about the negative aspects.Moreover it may give attention to the balance of multiple words.Besides,it can increase of public participation in environmental protection activities.Such as reported efforts to combine multiple complementary platform to exert the power of the media,and improve the regular environmental news agenda setting.Through the detailed analysis of The People's Daily environmental news in the ecological weekly and ecological version,I also try to offer some reference to other media,so as to better play the mainstream media's responsibility for the environment.
