With the development of industrial production technology and scientific research level,mobile phones,computers and other electronic products in the life have been more and more widely used,which drive the rapid development of theirs related parts industry.In all components of the electronic products,voice coil component is widely concerned because of its small size,high precision and high acoustic requirement.with the automatic voice coil production has the certain difficulty,the development of fully automated voice coil production equipment is imperative.In this paper,the types and research status of the cutting machine are studied.According to the requirements of the customers and the particularity of the speaker voice coil,the key structure,kinematic functions and the control mode are analyzed,the mechanical structure of the voice coil cutting machine is completed.In this paper,the transmission mechanism of the equipment is analyzed and designed,and the key components of the transmission mechanism are checked and verified to ensure the stability of the transmission mechanism.The design of the tangent mechanism is the key technology to solve the problem of voice coil tangent low efficiency,quality gradient.the positioning mode of the voice coil tangent is analyzed and designed to ensure the precise positioning of the voice coil carrier.The gripping mechanism of voice coil is the key structure of the voice coil tangent,This machine adopts pneumatic manipulator clamping the voice coil wire,we analyzed and determined the action process,timing distribution of the voice coil wire clamp mechanism in this paper,the type of the gripping mechanism,the size of the gripping force and the transfer relationship are determined,Matlab software is used to simulate the transfer function of the gripper,and the PID algorithm is used to improve the system.In order to realize the system monitoring andfault display of the voice coil cutting machine,it is convenient to debug and maintain the equipment,In this paper,the monitoring interface of the voice coil tangent machine is designed.In order to analyze the performance of voice coil tangent machine,this paper uses ADAMS mechanical dynamics simulation software and Matlab / Simulink joint technology to simulate the system,and optimize the control system.
