The Electric heating continuous crystallization machine was developed in the1970s, it has been used in industrial production nearly forty years, But in practical production process, Water quantity sprayed, Feeding into and Solder emissions are adjusted by the experience of operating workers, and the temperature gradient of the groove is effected by feeding into,Gush water quantity and so on importantly. And the rationality of slot temperature gradient distribution is related to the production and quality of products directly, so each operating workers' experience and differences mood will lead to the products'quatity and quality, and the energy consumption is very big.According to the above situation of Electric heating continuous crystallization machine, and based on analyzing the production process of the Electric Heating Continuous Crystallization Machine and its dynamic mathematical model and fuzzy control algorithm, then the paper focus on how to realize its fuzzy control algorithm in the industrial control configuration software (Step7V5.3and WinCC6.0) for further investigation of engineering realization lay the foundation.Based on the fuzzy control algorithm simulation research and analysis of dynamic model of Matlab R2009a basis of the Electric Heating Continuous Crystallization Machine, firstly, the paper Completed the fuzzy control algorithm procedures module development of the Electric Heating Continuous Crystallization Machine based on the V5.3Step7. Secondly, designing the monitoring menu used WinCC6.0(including the flow chart, real-time hasten line screen and alarm screen, etc.), so as to modify crystallization machine of the fuzzy controller parameters, and in the way of digital and dynamic curve displaying their temperature gradient, product yield and quality, in order to observe the effect of fuzzy control. Finally, in order to verify its fuzzy control algorithm of Step7V5.3is effective, data communications research was completed among dynamic mechanism model (simulation crystallization machine objects) of Matlab R2009a, the man-machine interface of WinCC6.0and the fuzzy control module of Step7V5.3by OPC and MPI. Through the three software platform for the joint simulation testing, the results showed that the fuzzy controller design had achieved satisfactory control effect, and laid a good foundation for further engineering realization.
