User Interaction Service Investigation And Analysis Of University Library Website In Anhui

Interaction services has become the development trend of web services.The university library website as the main platform of university teachers and students to use the library resources,interactive services is particularly important.Improve the use of interactive services can improve the user viscosity and the utilization of resources.About interactive service in university library in terms of theoretical research,the theory study of interactive services system,comprehensive,in practical application research,the current university library to carry out the present situation and problems of the lack of interactive services more in-depth investigation and study,practice case,but the lack of a systematic experience and problem analysis,lack of depth discussion on how to further optimize development.The purpose of this paper is to investigate user interaction service of university library website in Anhui province and analysis,provide reference to Anhui university library website.Through the network of interactive services of university library in the province present situation investigation,and questionnaire study on user interaction services in academic libraries.At the same time,the questionnaire survey and interviews to study on the user interaction services in university library.According to the result of comprehensive research,explore the theory problem of interactive services in university library,methods and management measures,so that the interactive services of university library would be carry out and improve the user satisfaction.The article mainly divides into three parts.The first part(chapter 1):a literature survey method,the research status at home and abroad and introduces the background,summarized website user interaction services concept,connotation,types and so on.The second part(chapter 2,3):through the network investigation,questionnaire and interview methods such as user interaction from Anhui university library website services,and the basic situation of the users' participation investigation,analysis of the current Anhui present situation and problems of university library website user interaction services.The third part(chapter 4,5,6):for the problems existing in the service of university library website user interaction in Anhui province,put forward a perfect suggestion,in order to reference for Anhui province interaction services of university library website.
