Research On Law News Spreading In Chinese Commercial Websites From The Perspective Of Public Governance

Since the Eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China,the process of governing the country according to law in our country develops faster,and the Party and the government also put forward higher requirements to law news.China's commercial websites develop quickly with the help of the latest internet technology,and their influence has exceeded traditional media and official news websites.Adhering to the correct guidance of public opinion as well as spreading law news scientifically is an inescapable responsibility of commercial websites.However,the natural pursuit of commercial interests has caused many problems in the law news spreading and done harm to the construction of the legal society in our country.This paper choose three commercial websites,namely Tencent Website,360 News and Bashan Financial Website on behalf of different types in communication influence as the research objects.The quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis find the results that commercial sites are keen to spread law news,and that large commercial websites pay more attention to their own brand image,has more stringent attitude and fewer problems than small and medium-sized commercial websites in the law news spreading by comparison.Imbalance of different types of law news the in proportion,"Title Party" and news infringement and other issues often occur in the course of law news spreading.According to the theory of public management,the article explores the reason of the prosperity of China's of law news,especially for the root of the bad law news that invalid self-discipline,the inability to regulation by government and absence of industry association exist in the law news spreading through commercial websites in China.For the above problems this paper use the Theories of Public Administration as a framework combining the Theory of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Brand Theory giving suggestions.For commercial websites themselves positive social responsibility is conducive to improve their own reputation and popularity in the process of law news spreading,and to shape the brand images,realizing thesustainable development of commercial web sites finally.For the government supervision departments "no" and " yes" should both used as innovative commercial website management mode of news spreading,the relevant legal system should be perfected during increasing the penalties for illegal behaviors.For the industry associations,their sound conditions are important for the healthy development of the industry.In view of the absence of the rule of law news industry association,we think that the current industry association reforming should be actively promoted,more industry association should be set up in order to promote healthy development of commercial websites and provide strong support for the construction of law society.
