Research On Quality Evaluation Of Social Media Information Service In Archives

Along with the development of the network,mobile communication devices,social media has been widely applied to the archival service,such as microblog,WeChat and so on.The archives need to understand the specific circumstances of the quality.Archives can make use of collecting users' feedback to promote the service.This paper is based on the purpose of an evaluation study,through the use of user research to build the evaluation system,to promote the further development of archival social media information service.This paper fully know the concepts of social media,archival service and so on.And through the investigation of the status of information service of archives of the microblog,I analyze the impactors of archival information service and explain the four factors.By referring to the evaluation model of SERVQUAL,LIBQUAL and the quality of service related to social media,the paper sets up the evaluation framework of the information service quality of social media.In this paper,the three-tier evaluation system of the social media information service quality evaluation is constructed,and the result of the calculation of the total score is used to determine the weight of each index.Finally,based on the investigation of the Jiangsu archival WeChat,Yinchuan archival microblog and other social media archival information service,the problems found in the information service process,provide the basis for social media and improve the archival information service quality.
