In the process of traditional cow feeding,generallyby the means of breeder finding and recording cow physical characteristics of sickness,pregnancy and estrus,which with the low efficiency of feeding.However,with the rapid development of large-scale and intensive farming,the traditional way cannot accurately detect the accurate individual body body data,and the omission of data or personal experience to make mistakesalways lead to the wrong decision.Domestic and foreign research which based on wireless sensor has developed lots of body information detection and health management systems,and achieved many results.Although there are still problems of inaccurate temperature data,large node volume and other issues.In order to monitor the real-time cow body temperature and movement information,this paper studied the design of cow body monitoring nodes based on ZigBee,which is to be deployed in breeding fields.The sensor nodes are used to monitor the information of each cow in real time,uploading to the computer for data processing,combining the real-time data of each cow,which can provide decision-making basis for the farmers.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)On the base of comparison and analysis of advantages and disadvantages between different common wireless networking technologies,this paper determined the hardware and software systems of cow body data acquisition program.This program chooses the CC2530 chip based on 2.4GHz frequency band as the core chip of the whole ad-hoc network,which is used to send and receivenetwork data.On the other hand,the program selects the temperature sensor and triaxial acceleration sensoraccording to application scene.At last,this paper discussed the related technical requirements of sensor node and coordination node hardware.(2)Designed and developednodes to obtain cow movement and temperature data.This paper discussed the detail of parameters and circuit design process of each module and node hardware in the whole information transmission system.This paper mainly introduces the CC2530 module circuit,CC2530 power supply and I/0 pin filter circuit,SMA antenna transceiver circuit,sensor floor circuit,power supply module,LED indicator circuit and the cooperate circuitwhich are used for the sensor node and coordinator node,RS232 serial port and USB to serial circuit et al.(3)Designed and developedcows individual information transmission software system.Based on the Z-Stack protocol analysis,this paper designed the sensor circuit driver,the coordinator network and the sensor node sending function,which is used to realize the establishment of the data network of the coordinator,the real-time management of the sensor node joining and exit,the sensor detection data Acquisition,the function of each node sending data and the serial port to the PC.(4)On the basis of the hardware and software designing of the node,this paper tested the function of the data network acquisition and transmission system.The results showed that the system successfully obtained the sensor temperature and acceleration data,and transported it through the coordinator to the computer,finally obtained the measured data through the LabVIEW monitoring software.After testing,in the normal distance of the data transmission process,the packet loss rate was lower than 5%,the signal strength between-33 dBm ~-75 dBm,which can conformance to requirements of the use.
