Rumors seriously disrupt our daily life order,but also pose a great problem for government management.In recent years,the scale of mobile phone users grew linearly in our country,and netizens are increasingly interested in using mobile social networks such as WeChat to communicate or get online news.The results are that rumors spread widely through mobile social network,and the government is facing tremendous pressure about mobile social network rumors.Network rumors have a great impact on the country and society.Therefore,we should scientifically regulate network rumors on the Internet platform and effectively reduce the negative effects of rumors to provide necessary help for emergency public issues management.We should timely detect and treat the group and emergency events which come out from Internet platforms,and effectively guide and governance Internet rumors to ensure the harmony development of society.Mobile social network rumors shows complex,non-linear and other characteristics in the dissemination process.Therefore,method of system dynamics has been used.Firstly,such method has been used to build a system dynamics model of mobile social network rumors through the integration of netizens subsystem,event subsystem,mobile social networking platform subsystem and function of government subsystem after that the concept of Internet rumor heat degree was introduced in this paper.Secondly,the model has been simulated and validated with simulation software VENSIM-PLE by the rumor event called robbing children.Thirdly,the sensitivity of the Internet rumor heat degree has been analyzed from the perspective of the netizens,the event itself,the mobile social networking platform and the government's role respectively.In this analysis,impact of various factors to Internet rumor heat degree has been explored in the mobile social networking environment.The simulation result shows that curiosity of netizens,circulation channels of rumors,auditing from mobile social network and response speed of government are more important to network rumors.Fourthly,management countermeasures have been proposed in this paper according to the results of simulation from netizens,event,mobile social networking platform and function of government to reduce the rumor heat degree.Finally,general review and conclusion have been proposed,and prospect and improvementhave been made to the shortcomings of the existing research in the end of this paper.The method of system dynamics has been used to simulate how network rumor heat degree changes in the mobile social network environment,and explore influence of the related factors.Relevant ideas have been provided to information management department to control network rumors and deal with rumors of crisis according simulation result.
