3D scanning is a kind of new and high technology,is used to scan the surface shape and the structure of the object,get the space coordinates on the surface of the object,use the space coordinates to build three-dimensional model of the object.3D laser scanner can quickly obtain three-dimensional point cloud data,on the surface of the object by using modeling software for data processing,and then build the 3D model of objects.For some large,complex parts,it is difficult to measure the size of the machine manually,using a laser 3D scanner to measure it.A 3D laser scanner can also be used in a cluttered work environment.With the continuous development of measurement technology,3D scanning used many fields of work,3D scanning technology is more and more important,so the scanning accuracy requirement is becoming more and more high.But because of the factors of one kind or another in the process of scanning,may have an error,and has a great influence on the modeling error,if ignore the error,finally constructed object model will due to error and the actual object model is very different,so,improve the precision of 3D scanning is of great significance for the 3D scanning.The research is as follows:First,this paper introduces the 3D scanning technology and main application fields of 3D scanning technology,have the basic knowledge of 3D scanning,lays the foundation for subsequent research.Then,the second chapter introduces several 3D scanners at home and abroad and the scanning principle of several common 3D scanning,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these three dimensional scanning.The third chapter introduces the several factors influencing the precision of 3D laser scanning,such as instrument error,error related to the target object,the error due to the external environment condition and artificial operation caused by the error and the error due to different measurement methods,etc.Finally the error due to different measurement methods,through scanning experiments of different parts in different measuring methods,it is concluded that the data,analysis and study how to improve precision of scanning,it is concluded that to improve precision of method,make more accurate 3D scanning,used in more fields.
