Coal pollution is the main reason for the formation of haze,the state in order to control the atmospheric environment,put forward reducing coal and energy structure adjustment policy.Encourage existing coal-fired boilers and new boilers using natural gas as fuel.The city has many uses to ban or restrict the coal-fired boiler,and vigorously promote the "coal to gas" work.In the coal-fired industrial boilers in China accounted for the total consumption of more than 30% coal consumption,industrial boiler is the main source of air pollution,industrial boiler using natural gas as fuel is represent the general trend.Under the background,this paper with the new paper Singlong 40 t fuel gas steam boiler automatic control system as the object,through to the characteristics of the gas boiler and process parameters of the boiler and the steam boiler control difficulties analysis to determine the overall research project of gas steam boiler control,this paper mainly studies the following contents:1.This paper analyzed the characteristics of coal to gas steam boiler,boiler control technique and control difficulty is studied,the article research method is determined.2.According to the requirements of the coal gas steam boiler control process and specific operational parameters,the design of the boiler automatic control system,main completed testing instrument,electrical and hardware design of PLC system.3.According to the boiler oxygen deaerator control process requirement,for the big lag,nonlinear characteristics of deaerator object,the article will have nonlinear mapping ability of the single neuron combining neural network and PID controller,designed the deaerator temperature of single neuron PID control algorithm,the algorithm and the simulation research.4.In view of the boiler load change is big,the drum level noise,more difficult to control the characteristics of the studied three impulse boiler steam drum level fuzzy control algorithm,the algorithm and the simulation research.5.In view of the gas boiler burning poor safety,the characteristics of the combustion system control is difficult,concrete control methods of the boiler combustion system are studied.The hearth negative pressure,air-fuel ratio,flue gas oxygen content control method were studied.6.The PLC program of the boiler control and WINCC monitoring screen,will study the control algorithm is successfully applied in the boiler control,achieved good control effect.The success of the project implementation,the transformation of coal-fired boiler for application of gas boiler project laid a good foundation,to improve the coal gas boiler deaerator,drum level and control level of boiler combustion system,improve the service life of the boiler,ensure the safe and stable operation of production,reduce the pollution of the environment has played a good role.
