Boiler as an important thermal equipment, and an important source of energy production, in society plays a significant proportion of energy consumption. How to improve the operation of the boiler efficiency and reduce energy consumption, reduce emissions of environmental pollutants is a great significance to the current industrial development. Currently, the core of the boiler control mainly focused on how to improve the economic efficiency, the process of how to use the advanced boiler control strategy, Intelligent Boiler Control, and then saving and emission reduction, and the establishment of new systems meet the requirements of industrialization.Boiler combustion system includes the wind than in the control of coal and boiler steam pressure. This paper studies fuzzy neural network control for boiler combustion system. In the analysis of the work process and control needs of the boiler, the boiler for such a complex control object, we can't establish accurate mathematical model of the object, but the operator and the experts can do very well, the use of fuzzy control on the boiler to achieve good control, due to the shortcomings of fuzzy control, and this select set of advantages relative to a collection of neural network fuzzy neural network (FNN) control strategy, through the accumulation of empirical data on the network "training" to achieve effective control to improve control performance, an effective means of control to overcome the traditional way as the ratio of single function and approximate relations of the state. The system has automatic tracking furnace temperature, timely, efficient adjustment of the function of the wind than coal. In the system design process, discusses in detail the use of PAC (PAC:Programmable automation controllers) technology, fuzzy neural network control strategy control system combining the production process in the application of the boiler. The design, with Advantech ADAM-5550KW Series PAC controller as a master device and based on NET Framework Logixview components in Visual Studio 2005 programming environment for system software design, coding, complete control system software design, deployment.Finally, the use of Matlab simulation software, fuzzy neural network controller for combustion control in the application of system simulation. The results show that the fuzzy neural network control strategy is better than the traditional PID controller means of control, with strong anti-interference ability, to achieve the desired control effect...
