With the promotion and protection of intellectual property legislation Chinese government,China accelerated integration into the global economy,enterprises,universities and individuals pay more and more attention to intellectual property rights,patent information on product quality and service level requirements for continuous improvement.In order to meet the users of product quality and service level requirements,strengthen product industry influence,expand the market and enhance their business performance data and operation ability,planning to develop world-class patent service products is imperative.Patent data analysis system is part of the strategic emerging industries China patent data and intelligence service system-Data Intelligence,to help users achieve further information mining.After the user has finished searching or browsing,the user enters the analysis interface to carry out the custom analysis of the combination of multiple fields or the advanced analysis.So as to help users to better grasp the search results,access to useful information.The system is mainly divided into 4 parts analysis,custom analysis,relationship analysis,quotation analysis and cluster analysis,to help users achieve according to the selected data sets from different dimensions to the depth of excavation,analysis and visualization of graphical output statements.The author completed the system demand analysis,design,development,testing and going online,including functional design and development of 4 kinds of analysis,realizes the seamless integration of patent search and analysis,completed the application support technology of intelligent and visual analysis.This paper mainly expounds the implementation of patent data analysis system,first introduced the research background,purpose and significance,through the analysis of current situation of product search and the actual demand of existing patents,to determine the functional requirements and non-functional requirement of the project.Through the construction requirements and system technology the index system implementation to understand and analyze the requirements,combined with the technical level and characteristics of current,complete summary of the system design,the project adopts the technical route based on J2EE,the enterprise service bus,make full use of the SOA method to solve the data integration,service integration,process integration and application integration problems.According to the characteristics of the large number of patent data,the trivial file,the diversity of sources,and the use of relational database and non-relational database to meet different situations.The detailed design and implementation of the system,functional description of each part,and the method of implementation process of the key function in the call for a detailed description,and shows the actual effect after the completion of the page.According to the test cases of each analysis method,the test results of the project and the final results are displayed.At the end of the paper,the future development of the project is summarized,and the future direction of the project is prospected.
