In recent years,with the continuous development of manufacturing,manufacturing enterprises and more varieties,small batch requirements are increasingly high;the other hand,the industrial 4.0 proposed to the manufacturing industry has brought a new direction of development,China also The "Made in China 2025" outline,the manufacturing industry has continued to the direction of intelligent development,in terms of manufacturing is undoubtedly a change.In this situation,the traditional manufacturing system of production models,analytical methods,production efficiency has become increasingly unable to meet the requirements of modern production,the contradiction has become increasingly prominent.The Internet of Things technology provides a new way for the intelligentization of the manufacturing system.Industrial interconnection technology has become an effective way to realize the intelligent manufacturing system as the application of the Internet of Things in the manufacturing industry.Industrial interconnection technology through RFID technology,two-dimensional code recognition technology to achieve independent knowledge of resource information and interaction,so that the manufacturing system distributed control structure to achieve the possible.Based on this,the specific research content of this subject has the following aspects:(1)A distributed intelligent manufacturing system based on Petri net and industrial interconnection technology is proposed.The Petri net model,which integrates the Petri net model of various resources,is transformed into a two-dimensional code storage XML language to realize the self-perception,interaction and manufacturing process control of manufacturing resource information.(2)Establish a model of resource data of intelligent manufacturing system based on Petri net.The resources of the manufacturing system are classified according to their role in the manufacturing process,dividing them into manufacturing equipment,transportation equipment,materials and buffer areas,and further according to their initiative to obtain information,it is perceived and perceived Class resources,on this basis,the analysis of the information between the information interaction process.Then,based on the Petri net modeling method,according to the characteristics of various manufacturing resources in the manufacturing process,the corresponding Petri net model of each resource is established,and the process represented by the model is analyzed and explained.Finally,the Petri net model of each resource interaction process is constructed.(3)Transformation of manufacturing resource data model based on XML language.First introduced the XML and PNML language,and according to the material in the manufacturing process involved in the process of designing the material Petri net model contains the data.Then we study the Petri net model of each resource to store the transformation between XML documents,convert each Petri net model and the data contained in the model into XML document,and realize the intelligentization of manufacturing resources.(4)Further study the interaction process of the information among the manufacturing resources.On this basis,the intelligent manufacturing system for the manufacturing workshop of the aerospace machinery factory is constructed,and the construction and implementation of the system are studied.
