Optical fiber thermal composite tester can achieve multi-point and multiparameter measurement and integrated with temperature,strain,acoustic vibration,pressure and other physical quantities in extreme environment with low temperature,explosive and strong electromagnetic interference.As an important component of the optical fiber thermal composite tester,the multi-channel optical fiber F-P pressure sensing system can multiplex in multiple channels,with fast and efficient characteristics,it puts forward higher requirements for the calculation and calculation speed in signal acquisition and processing,in order to solve this problem,this paper designs a data acquisition and processing system based on SoC FPGA,FPGA can realize the high-speed processing of large data volume through logic control,ARM has the advantages of strong control ability,flexible software programming and so on,SOC FPGA not only combines the advantages of FPGA and ARM,but also uses the AXI high-speed channel inside the chip to realize data transmission between FPGA and ARM,which is not limited by the inter chip interconnection.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,this paper introduces the overall design scheme of data acquisition and processing system,the reasons for choosing SoC FPGA are explained by presenting the characteristics of ARM and FPGA,the structure and characteristics of FPGA SoC are introduced,the development kit and its development environment and the development process are introduced in this paper.Secondly,the hardware structure of the data acquisition and processing system for the multi-channel optical fiber F-P pressure sensing system is designed,the design scheme of FPGA+ARM is determined,according to the selection procedure of FPGA and ARM chips and the actual needs,this paper selected SoCKit development board as the core of the data acquisition and processing system,and introduces the structure,development tools and development process of the development kit,the hardware structure of the data acquisition and processing system is designed according to the development process.Finally,a detailed description of the program of the data acquisition and processing system was stated.First,the whole block diagram of the program was discribed.Then,each module program was designed one by one,and next,this article analyzed the effect of thermal noise for system demodulation results when it was larger.Kalman filter model is designed for signal denoising.Finally,a multi-channel fiber optic F-P pressure signal was collected and processed.The test results of thepressure signal were obtained,and the text simulated the quantitative analysis of the Kalman filter effect by adding noise.
