With the rapid development of mobile internet and devices,user behavior of products are becoming ubiquitous.The traditional user experience research methods is unable to meet the mobile user experience research.Researchers should cooperate with remote user research tools to collect data.The research team use the idea of pervasive computing to develop the Context Awareness User Experience Tool based on the cognitive process of user researchers.The tool is used in different types of user experience case study to explore ability,value and methodology of combining with the traditional method under the research strategy of "Learning by doing".Instant Messaging has big customer measure and broad prospects with intermittent and is used in everywhere,so the data is difficult to collect.Existing research focuse on the continuous behavior study that lost the using context.It is not good to understand behavior and affects the design and development of IM.In order to summarize the using behavior of IM in the real world,this research needs CAUXT to collect data.At the same time,using CAUXT in the research of behavior model of IM effectively improve the universality of the tool.The whole case study adopt the idea of iterative design to constantly explore ability and value by using CAUXT.Firstly,this research should find and improve deficiencies in data transmission,context analysis and inference,context awareness.Than,this research build primary persona and behavioral variable by using interview.After that,using tools to collect data for rebuild WeChat scenarios based on the user modeling theory of Alan Cooper.Comparing results of two steps to get behavior mode and achieve purpose which proof the value of CAUXT.Finally,using Davis' technology acceptance model to measure tool's reception and giving suggestion based on the reason of the low grade in questionnaire and privacy.Through IM behavior research,the author summarizes three personas and fourteen kinds of behavioral variables of behavioral model,which provide the condition for WeChat redesign.The author completes the exploration of CAUXT's ability and sets up the methodology in user behavior model research.
