Software development project can be delivered within the scheduled time.That is directly related to the role of software system to play in time.Planning and controlling in effect the progress of the software development project to achieve the intended target successfully is a central task of the software development project management.Preparing the project schedule of Shougang Technology Research Institute LIMS is to guide implementation of the project,and to ensure the realization of objectives of the project duration.But,because of subjective and objective conditions are constantly changing,so the plan may have to change accordingly in the process of implementation.That may result in the project is not completed on time.By analyzing the environment of LIMS project to develop the specific.control measures of progress,effective measures can be taken in advance to eliminate the unfavorable factors in implementation.It can make the progress of the project objectives on schedule,to avoid schedule delays.This thesis researched LIMS project of Shougang Technology Research Institute with knowledge of project management.The first,according to the characteristics of LIMS.make work breakdown structure by WBS,Clear responsibility,determine the logical relationship between tasks,and draw Network Planning Chart.The second calculate the expected time of each task by PERT.By CPM,computing network parameters with what arrange schedule to determine the critical path.Finally,analyze problems in schedule control,and propose effective measures to solve these problems. |
