The Design And Implementation Of Inner Mongolia Folk Arts Theater Material Management System

Today is the era of information technology, with the rapid development of information technology and network, the modern enterprise management model is also undergoing tremendous changes, enterprises must adapt materials management network and information age direction. Materials Management management role in the macro and micro enterprise economic development has become increasingly important, the traditional manual process,material management prone to inefficiency, cumbersome workflow, while not conducive to managers to understand the whole process and the status of supplies availability, build materials management system, materials management, information technology, material management to solve the above problems is important. It is an indispensable modern enterprise information management system to achieve optimal resource utilization, maximize the effectiveness of the management model, the relationship between the future and fate of the enterprise.Based on the enterprise materials management system of surveys and studies on the function of Inner Mongolia Folk Arts Theater was material management system to do a detailed needs analysis, given use case diagram of the system, and using the UML modeling language based on demand analysis the system detailed design. This paper mainly completed the following work: First, the investigation of the present situation of material management system, introduces the technology used by the system. Secondly, a needs analysis for materials management system, related to the detailed design of the system functions. Again,the system detailed design and implementation, including the design of the system architecture design, database design and main modules. Finally, the development of the system was the system test, the test results show that the financial management system fully functional, data specifications, safety, system versatility, good running stability, basically reached the system software design requirements.The system is based on JAVA EE platform and combines the MVC design pattern, the use of the popular SSH framework design and development, system back-end database using My SQL. Materials management system of this paper consists of six modules: Module material procurement, material storage module supplies a library module, the modulerequisitioned supplies, materials pay back module and system settings module. The system is easy to operate and can handle a large number of materials management, including statistics,analysis, summary of material information, to generate the corresponding documents, greatly reducing the workload of managers. The reference to the materials management software at home and abroad advanced theories and technologies, business needs to consider a variety of materials management system, with a better theoretical and practical value.
