Optimization On Unit Loads Coordinated Control System Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Burning Low Calorific Value Coal

Along with the rapid development of social economy and the expanding scale of production,the energy human demanding has been increasing,leading to serious air pollution and shortage of fossil energy.So it has taken more and more attention to take advantage of low calorific value coal.Although CFB boilers of low calorific value has high efficiency and low pollution,it has caused a lot of new difficulty,making it harder to bring automatic into the coordinated control,for this,experts have been focusing on the study of CFB unit coordinated automatic control of low calorific value.Retrievals have showed that a lot of research results only stay in the theoretical level.It is not an easy thing to apply this theoretical research results to the production practice.Now most CFB boilers of low calorific value automatic control widely use traditional PID controller.Because of the complexity of the combustion process of CFB boilers,the effect of traditional PID controller cannot fully satisfy the requirements of the boiler automatic control,leading to the commissioning effect of the whole unit coordinated automatic control of CFB boilers of low calorific value is not ideal.Somethings have been improved based on the traditional PID control.Firstly,the fuzzy PID of main steam pressure control system has been designed and simulated;the simulation result has shown well.On this basis,the fuzzy control and operation experience of operating personnel have been combined with traditional PID,and a fuzzy expert PID control system of easy field configuration has been designed.The control plan has been successfully putted into a unit coordinated control system of a 300MW CFB of low calorific value of Shanxi,and the effect of operation has proved that this plan is satisfactory.
