To be an important branch of communication sciences,the healthy communication develops slowly in China and is also acquired by Chinese lately.As a result,lacking of the concentrating of related experts.In recent years,there are lots of things about public health such as hogwash oil,Sanlu milk powder incident and low-quality vaccines occurred around us.Public health research,to be an important aspect of the healthy communication research,should be paid more attention by relative professors than before.Furthermore,as the main channel of informing healthy events,Media need to be honest to the public,otherwise it will cause the social instability sooner or later.This paper's object is the low-quality vaccines incident which happened on March,2016 in Jinan.It is an typical accident which was caused by Media's exaggerated report.lead to great social panic during that period.Because of lacking professional skills and ethics,that many domestic medias include We Media and new media participate in distorting the truth of this event to some extent.The direct result are made public anxiety and rumors swept.In addition lead to vaccines using rate decreasing among children.Also,to threat the public healthy which cannot be predicted.The aim of this paper want to analyze the accident step by step,searching the process of this event in order to find the mistakes of Medias.Through compared with other similar events,to find the new problems which we don't know before.At last providing reasonable advices and developed strategies in the future.This paper has five main chapters:The first chapter introduces the concepts and the relationships among healthy communication,public healthy incidents and mass media.As we all know,professor Zhang first clearly put forward that the healthy communication belongs to communication sciences.And believe that healthy communication is just a practical activity which aims to informing healthy information and knowledge to public.To be specific,the public health events is our main researching objective and the communication process are fast and easy to influence people's behavior.The mass media is the main carrier of communication.Also,to play an important role of healthy communication.The results are restricted by many things such as the communicator,the content,the communication channel and the public educational level.The second chapter introduces the process of low-quality vaccines communication.At first,mass media do not pay attention on this accident.However,some celebrities successfully attracted public attention by forwarding related information of vaccines through XinLang blog so that the public misunderstand the whole thing.At last the absurd rumor was quelled by the governmentThe third chapter analyze the misleading behaviors of medias like the exaggerated title of news,to point out some journalists are lacking of professional ethics.Moreover,forwarding should also be restricted to some extent.The fourth chapter focuses on comparing the difference between this accident and similar accident which was happened in Hunan,2013.In order to find the same problems and the new problems.In one word,new medias like social media plays a more important role than that of traditional medias.The last chapter just provides some advices to develop mass media based on references like should be reporting news objectively.Controlling the direction of public opinion and let journalists acquire more professional medical knowledge so that develop reporting profession.Finally,do the conclusion.
