China,as a big agricultural country,has been faced with two kinds of technical bottlenecks that are the mode of precise production and reproducible agricultural internet of things,which need to be solved as quickly as possible.The real-time monitoring of the farmland and its environment is necessary to the precise production to form the closed-loop control system under supervision and control.The center of the system is the integration of the front sensor and the control system of water and fertilizer.Also,the application mode of the reproducible agricultural is related to the restricted factor of the deep dig to form a quantified model of the farmland management.Therefore,it is important to save the runtime monitor information of farmland in high precise and continuous way and build the relationship between the experience of specialists of farmland and objective data.Both of them show great importance on improving agricultural production efficiency,enriching professional experience and duplicating the successful model to monitor the information of the farmland.Several parts of work have been done as following:In the aspect of the hardware of the sensor system,a kind of ultrasonic weather station was developed with fast respond and high precision after the preliminary investigation.By the ultrasonic weather station,integration degree of sensor was enhanced and high performance-price ratio was achieved.In the aspect of the farmland center platform of the internet of things,I/O completion port mechanism was introduced to handle the large quantity of information from the sensor.Big data mining technologies were also put to use in the project to promote the farmland's management level.Furthermore,the system test results revealed the high concurrency performance and the good reproducibility of the farmland management.In the aspect of the integration of water and fertilizer instruments,an algorithm was designed which can adjust the concentration of water and fertilizer based on the real-time photosynthetic efficiency of the farmland crops with the cooperated organization.According to the algorithm,the quantity of irrigate,fertilization and pharmacy was calculated using the data of farmland information which was carried out by the integration of water and fertilizer instruments.And a national invention patent was applied for the algorithm.In addition,all of the achievements have been applied in the demonstration project of the Stock Seed Farm in Tianjin.The system has run steadily for more than six months.The result shows that the system can realize the reproducibility of the farmland management on the aspects of irrigate,fertilization and pharmacy which has gained highly regard of the Stock Seed Farm and the specialists of Agricultural College of Tianjin.The large-sized industrialization will be planned and the function of the closed-loop regulation of the feedback of illumination of crops will be implemented in the near future while the instrument of the physiological detection of the plant will also be domesticated to make more contribution to the intelligent agriculture of our country.
