Design And Implementation Of The Paperless Examination System In Universities Based On J2EE

It is well-known that the paperless office has become increasingly favored by people due to its many advantages in the paperless office under the big background of colleges and universities in collaborative office.However,it not only need to close cooperation between each system in the universities but to require more mature technology in order to achieve effective paperless office within colleges and universities.The function of information management increasingly plays an important and prominent role in colleges and universities,especially in the exam.In this case,we l draw the system case diagram and work out requirement analysis works by the deep research and analysis on the need of the colleges and universities.Then we make the overall and detailed design for test system that the paperless examination system of colleges and universities are divided into seven modules,namely question bank management,automatic volume,online exam management,online exam,exam I online examination management,user management,rights management module of seven.Seven modules of paperless examination system at colleges and universities is including all kinds of the test work in colleges and universities,realizing the demand for the paperless examination within colleges and universities.This system adopts the enterprise-level J2 EE framework SSH for system frame.In order to accomplish the paperless examination system of the public Internet,we take the B/S structure.To reduce the system cost,we take the My SQL database as the database system.Meanwhile,our system has reached the performance requirements of database of the test system because of its performance optimization for database.The successful development of this system has far-reaching influence on paper-less test system within the colleges and universities and on more cooperation between the multi-schools tests.
