With the development of information technology and the popularization of computer applications, the administration of higher institutions has entered the information age-- from the original manual records management into the integrated management,namely paperless office. On this basis, developing the function analysis, architecture design and detailed design, of examination management system. finally, testing the system. By using of J2EE technology, design which is based on B/S architecture, at the conclusion paperless examination examination management system design methods and business processes, based on the key research-based SSH (Struts+Hibernate+ Spring)-based Web system development methods and processes, which analyzes the structure of the SSH service examinations in the paperless management system integration and application of methods involved in the system development technology and development tools.
