In today's highly developed material civilization,the rapid development of science and technology constantly changing people's lives,people's demand for community service are also changes.At the same time,the popularity of smart phones is brings a lot of opportunity to enjoy convenient mobile services.Android platform is established on the basis of the Linux kernel of operating system,the platform has a application software,middleware,user interface and operating system of four parts,is a truly open and complete mobile platform.Development of community service system based on the Android platform can accept community services to help people better,make people's life style is more convenient and quick.This topic is mainly to design a set of operating platform for Android,smart phones for the client,through wireless network data transmission system of community service,to achieve its functions.The community service system based on the actual demand for the design of the module,to achieve the rapid alarm,rapid emergency calls,dial the service hotline telephone inform the personnel of the service we need to place an order after the related services,and set the cell phone automatically connects the background related business code related function to realize five generations services,information the local cache,online reading,support a large number of service functions such as data update.Test results show that the system has reached the expected goal.
