Chinese medicine as our country treasures, make an important contribution to the Chinese multiply and the health of the people all over the world, be noticed globally. Chinese medicine can continue without interruption, it's master-apprentice education is the key. However, recently, college education became gradually mainstream, master- apprentice education is declining, Chinese medicine has confronted the crisis of inheritance, the development of Chinese medicine is being influenced. Therefore, this thesis will summarize master- apprentice education's rule, to providing some theoretical references and basises for master- apprentice education and communication.This thesis,basing on "5W" of communication model, researches master- apprentice education of accent Chinese medicine,and explores it's communication rules. Research methods are literature analysis, case analysis, qualitative analysis and comparative. This thesis bases on apprenticeship, learning process, graduation, in order to find the influence of communicator, communication content and type of communication, and form three main parts: communicator, content and rules.Part one,Master- apprentice education's factors are five,including communicator, recipient, content, media, the effect of communication. Part two, Principles are tree, including prudent, moral, emotional. Methods are four, including word and deeds, live teaching, multiplication's recitation, symbols assisting. Part three,communication rules,including the will of communicator and recipient,the credibility of communicator,content, interpersonal's communication and ritual communication.Master- apprentice education cultivate numerous doctors, have great historical achievements.In addition to the social and historical conditions,the success is related to so more reasons.for example, communication factors are suited to master- apprentice education, interpersonal's communication and ritual communication are used to master- apprentice education.In the same time,we find that master- apprentice education is limited by confidentiality principle, experience communication, small workshop communication,etc.the thesis may be have some refences to the innovation of Chinese Medicine.
