At present, colleges and universities expands enrollment, the number of students is increasing each year. With the pressure of competition is increase in social, the employment form is becoming more and more severe. The government introduced the policy to encourage students starting their own businesses. This will be able to alleviate the severe form of employment. At the same time, the ability of the college students is improved. It can found a number of suitable jobs for the social labor. "Entrepreneurship" is a problem of the accomplishment and the temptation sense, it is also a much exciting and social concern. But not every entrepreneur is fit to be a business and a boss. This system can help students to make decisions before they have a clear positioning.Through the evaluation of the questionnaire it will help students understand their own in-depth. They know what kind of advantages they have to contribute to the business,which lack need to upgrade and what advantages they have, which lack they need to upgrade.The design of the system adopts the mode of web login, which is based on java language and the distributed application of J2EE technology. The structure is B/S. It supports Windows/Linux and other operating systems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. The background and significance of the entrepreneurship assessment system are analyzed, and the research status at home and abroad are expounded. The relevant technology of the system is described. They are the J2EE architecture, SSH framework,Java language, B/S structure and Weblogic server.2. In this paper, the requirement analysis of the system is analyzed, they are the users of the system, the function demands of each user. The performance of the system are analyzed. They are concurrency, availability, easy, safe and so on. Finally, the feasibility of the system is analyzed.3. The design of the system is done, first of all it is the design principle of the system,then it is the detailed design, it includes the design of hierarchical structure, function design, database conceptual model design and physical structure design. Finally it is the detailed design. It includes system administrator module, teachers and students module.The detail design is the class diagram and the sequence diagram.4. The system is implemented. They are the function modules of the administrator,the teacher and the student respectively. The specific interface and the codeimplementation are introduced.5. The test method of the system is introduced, and all the functions of the system are tested. The test results are meet the needs of users.
