Design And Implementation Of J2EE-based University Innovation And Entrepreneurship Management System

With the continuous expansion of enrollment in universities,the relations between talents' supply and demand have undergone tremendous changes.The structure of professionals talents couldn't keep pace with the demand for qualified personnel.Affected by many factors,the situation of students' employment is becoming more and more seriously.Because of university students' outstanding ability of acception and moldability,they have become the most innovative potential group.The task of cultivating innovative talents,which mainly undertake by universities.In order to make graduates adapt the requirements of employment and entrepreneurship better and faster under the new situation,carrying out the management of innovation and entrepreneurship of university students and completing management system has become a serious problem.Combined with the dispersion characteristics of project management in university innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes the current development of innovation and entrepreneurship in other universities.In order to meet the requirements of real-time and traceability in project management,and realize thestatistics and analysis of implemented projects,the paper based on t he core business of project management of innovation and entrepreneurship.From project reporting,evaluation,process management and knot management,the paper has analyzed and designed the system of project management.What's more,the paper has designed a applied system of project management in universities innovation and entrepreneurship from aspects of project management and system management.Project management begin with initial project work(project reporting,evaluation,knot),then process management of project(project interim inspection,c oncluding),and finally realize the post-management of the project(project evaluation and project analysis).All of these steps are the process management of innovation and entrepreneurship project.The the new management system in universities innovation and entrepreneurship project owns characteristics of reducing the middle process of project management,standardizing the management process of innovation and entrepreneurship projects and supporting historical project data and statistical analysis.During the process of management system implementation in universities of innovation and entrepreneurship,the research applied the the system architecture of B / S.By exerting cross-platform of Java language programs,the new system enhance its availability.Then the system take advantage of SQL Server database to store system data,which solve problems of inconvenience and low efficiency caused by decentralized data in traditional management,finally realize data sharing and reusing.The system has been applied to several and universities,as a whole,which works well.What's more,the system has provided a convenient and efficient way for management in universities innovation and entrepreneurship programs,and offer a reference for other similar universities to manage innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
