The system function object is the unit staff basic information, due to information change at any time, the personnel department should provide accurate real-time information and data for upper management. Using computer manages personnel information, which will bring many benefits to the management, such as could retrieve more quickly, look up faster, have higher reliability, better confidentiality, more storage capacity, lower lost probability, and the cost is lower. All these advantages are better to reduce the human cost of enterprise management, but also improve the efficiency of management, which achieves the network, system, information of the enterprise information resources. At the same time, efficient enterprise management is also an important prerequisite for the integration of enterprise with the world's advanced management technology.The enterprise management system designs a total of five parts, namely,worker information management, employment information management,training information management, reward information management and salary information management.
