The operation of modern enterprises is relying on information technology while the torrid growth of technology and the entire development of e-business society. The data stored in the system database is becoming much more important wealth for all companies, which means data loss will result in incalculable business impact. The thesis is based on the MES system which belong to company A as research object, through the research for technology and situation related field in domestic and abroad, then proposes a new disaster recovery solution method based on the analysis of the A company MES system disaster recovery. This solution is already applied in A company MES information system currently, successfully solve the problem of company MES disaster recovery, and improve the flexibility of disaster recovery ability and system agility. The main content of the thesis as following:1. Detail analysis about MES disaster recovery from the end of MES business needs, disaster recovery environment for company and business continuity needed, which is based on the function and characteristics of A company MES system and combining with the characteristics of the industry of the MES information system.2. Classify different sub-system for MES and analysis for L level, M level and H level for disaster recovery, increase the flexibility of different sub-system disaster backup environment, make the resources utilization maximum, reduce the waste of resources and cost of the enterprise.3. Provide different ORACLE disaster recovery method focus on different subsystem due to the issue that downtime is too long and the original system disaster backup method is individualized.4. This solution was successfully implemented in MES system of A company, it verified the reliability and validity through the test and analysis result.The thesis reap excellent result in production environment and can provide the practical reference and application value for those similar systems.
