Using interactive network file management system can provide to the user a more professional, more features archives consulting services, changing the archives information "islands", improved file services. Office archival management is an important content. But there are still some problems in file management. It mainly in the following areas: because staffs of archival management have attached importance to file management, and led deviation to some extent. The system is currently used in Hubei Province with the county archives and many other file management agencies. It establish a scientific and efficient, intelligent online government system platform, which greatly improved the efficiency of party and government, adapted to the requirements of modern e-government development.
