Design And Implementation Of Finance Archive Management System Based On J2EE

With the development of the social economy and the progress of science and culture,information era bring many opportunity and challenge for us.People pay more attention on the effective management of information and data.In order to manage archive information effectively and safely and improve work efficiency and avoid the error caused by human factor,developing a set of security and effective archive management system has important practical meaning and application value.In the procedure of system implementation,the dissertation uses J2EE technology and SQL Server2008 complete the development of finance archive management system.The system realizes archive management,archive authenticate,waiting to archive management,archive borrow management,query statistic and system management etc.The dissertation is completed under the guidance of software engineering.The dissertation introduce the system development background and significance firstly.Then it introduces system requirement system through business flow diagram,function use case diagram.After the complements of system requirement analysis,it designs system function module including archive management,archive authentic,waiting for archive management,archive borrow management,storeroom management,query statistic and system management in detail.At the same time,it design and analyze database introduction,E-R modeling and database table structure.Then it describes the procedure of system implementation through system key running interface.Finally,it describes the process of system test and concludes system test results.After running system,the system has merit of easy operation and practical function.It meets the actual needs of users better.
