In recent years, mobile Internet has entered a period of rapid development, the mobile Internet industry attracted a lot of people to join it. At the same time, a lot of different types of app have appeared. It not only changed people's daily life in varying derees, but also had an profound influence on people's basic necessities of life. However, more and more APP appeard similarly to each other in the function and design. Moverover, in order to pursuit of the APP online fastly, many producters ignore the user experience, which is in stark contrast with the user who pay more and more attention to the user experience.Most of the traditional UI interface adopt a single interface mode for all users to design uniformly, which can not meet the user's personalized needs and improve the user experience.How to design the interface of mobile applications to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional interface and meet the needs of users and give users the best experience, so that the application of the APP can quickly occupied the market, is particularly important.For the above problems, by reading lots of literature, studing group recommendation and other related algorithm and capturing changes in interest of the user groups, dynamically determine the User Interface, adaptively change the user interface to improve the user's experience. Finally, designing an APP mobile applications which automaticly adaptive to UI——the Neighborhood Community APP, and apply it to the neighborhood community projects, to verify and iteration.In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1) A method based on user access frequency and access time is proposed, and the user evaluation matrix is established. The user evaluation matrix is established through the analysis of the user's access time and the using time of the function of the APP and the method of user access frequency and access time.( 2) A recommendation algorithm based on fusion recommendation algorithm is proposed, which is suitable for the application of mobile applications in the community.Firstly, establishing a user evaluation matrix through the length of visit and access frquency method for group members; Secondly, recommend the algorithm to each member of the group; Thirdly, each member's recommended list is gathered by the average fusion strategy;finally, generating the group recommended list and giving the neighborhood community app interface for group recommendation.(3) Research on adaptive mobile application interface. Analysis the factors which have an influence on the mobile application interface of self adaptability. According to these factors, the mobile user interface has improved so that its interface can meet the adaptiveeffects, which is based on user groups interested in adaptive interface, user habits of adaptive interface, and equipment based adaptive interface.(4)Design and implementation of APP based on adaptive UI. This paper proposes the adaptive interface design to complete the design of the adjacent community APP through three aspects; Meanwhile, it runs in the neighborhood community application scenarios and can validate the proposed design and method.
