After entering the 21 Century, with the rapid development of China's economy and the transformation and upgrading of the structure of the national economy,Cultural industry has greatly promoted China's economic development. The development of cultural industry is not only beneficial to improve the soft power of the country, but also can occupy the commanding heights of the international cultural competition.However, television industry, as an important branch of cultural industry chain,its influence on the social, political and economic and everywhere. Television is creative, inclusive, artistic, entertainment as well as educational,so that it occupies a dominant position in the cultural industry.TV industry research provide a model for the development of the cultural industry, it's also helpful to researching the development of cultural industry in other areas.This paper started with the status of Hunan TV and culture industry, reviews the development of Golden Eagle Broadcasting System, Through the case analysis of Hunan Satellite TV,discussed practice of development of cultural industry. Finally,using the theory of sustainable development, systematically analyses contribution and influence of Hunan TV industry to cultural industry, besides, put forward its own suggestions and thinking.Which is divided four chapters. The first chapter is the research background and related literature, second chapter is research of the development of Hunan TV and cultural industry, mainly discusses the development of cultural industry and television industry in Hunan province. The third chapter is the analysis of the influence of Hunan TV industry to the cultural industry in Hunan, From the aspects of capital,talents, culture and education to demonstrate how television industry promotes the development of other industries, and what are the specific actions, and "Daddy where" as a case study. The fourth chapter is the suggestion and thinking about television industry how to driving better in development of culture industry. Finally I wish I could make efforts on the development of television industry through my opinions and analysis.
