Design And Implementation Of Analysis And Management System For Electronic Banking Business

The electronic banking business contains online banking, telephone banking, mobile banking and other electronic self-service equipment services, etc. With the development of technology and change of people's lifestyle, the electronic banking business is becoming one important field where major commercial banks strive to grab a share. Whether the electronic banking will develop rapidly directly affects the further core competiveness field for commercial banks.To achieve the sound and rapid development of electronic banking in the commercial bank, and enable bank leaders at all levels and relevant persons in charge of electronic banking accessible to a clear overview of the electronic banking development, including target customer list, e-banking customers'proportion, transactions and personal marketing performance, etc., this paper takes one large state-owned commercial bank as example and proposes a analysis and management system for electronic banking business through a large range of reference and investigation.According to the current development situation of electronic banking business, an experimental platform for data analysis and engine loading is developed based on such technologies as Java, Myeclipse and J2EE; the overall structure is firstly designed for such platform, then each module in the structure is properly configured according to their different functions and finally such whole platform is verified; the main purpose of this platform design is to facilitate the loading analysis and computation of raw data. Based on in-depth investigation on the needs of commercial banks, each module in the structure is properly configured according to their functions, the entire architecture and functional modules are designed in details and finally reports module, business management module and parameter maintenance module are implemented. Among them, the implemented reports module includes quantitative indicator, quality indicator, product applications indicator, depth analysis, employees'sales performance query and other functions. The implemented business management module includes marketing performance management, customer information management. Implemented parameter maintenance module contains mechanism parameter maintenance, account code maintenance and other functions.By making full use of the existing resources of banks, this electronic banking analysis system, based on the platform model for data analysis and engine loading, can implement automatic loading and automatic analysis; can implement data query diversification; can implement drill-down function under the reports mechanism; can implement real-time analysis of data reports structure at first-level branches, second-level branches and sub-branches.
