E-banking business has been offered in Bank of China Dongying branch since 2006. By the end of 2009, the number of incorporated e-banking customers is 1396, which is 32.7% of incorporated customers in the branch, and the number of personal e-banking customers is 123,687, which is 18.46% of personal customers in the branch. In 2009, the e-banking transaction amount is 36.5 billion, accounting for 47.6% of total transaction amount of the branch. The increase of e-banking customers and the expansion of e-banking transaction amount make much more demands on the management of electronic banking. Therefore, it's urgent to establish a set of e-banking management systems to extract valuable information from the customer information and the transaction data, which can be very helpful for the customer marketing and the business management.In this thesis, the theory and application of the relevant domestic e-banking systems are studied. The search and statistic functions of the Oracle database, the Java programming language with Java Server Pages (JSP), and the Struts development framework are used to build up the e-banking management system for a large number of data.The e-banking management system of Dongying branch described in this thesis includes the customer management and the operation management. The system can deal with:1. Data statistics and operation management on the customers' marketing, and the electronic management of the stock customers' profiles;2. Analysis of the quality and structure of institutional clients for choosing the target customers;3. Statistics and analysis of the transactions of customers or organizations and the mobilities of various institutions and channels, to guide the agencies and aftersales technical support and the marketing for the existing and potential customers;4. Complete evaluation reports on the task completion of agencies at any time.The system can completely reflect the bank's business development, and provide the managers with the effective decision-making guidance. Moreover, the analysis of customers and transaction information can provide accurate guidance for the business development, which will contribute a lot to the development of our e-banking business.
