Study On The Tendency Of Talk Shows Made By Chinese Video Websites-and Discussion On The Creative Characteristics Of "Yeah Yeah Hi Talk"

Video website is the online service site which provides video playing and video sharing. Serving as one kind of main forms of video websites, talk shows have undergone three stages over the last ten years, including dormant period, rapid expansion and comparatively recession chronologically with that of other programs. In its development process, five main causes of its advancement are as follows. Firstly, internet popularization provides a base for propagation. Secondly, the competing to be listed in video websites supplies sufficient funds. Thirdly, the copyright issues highlights the realistic demands. Fourthly, the Cutback on TV Entertainment of traditional media put forward by SARFT stimulated its development to some degree. And fifthly, 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa made the program more mature. All above can show its development trends in three ways in the future: a further decline in homemade video program, demassification tendency and guide role's visualizing. Two aspects about the content of the tendency are reflected in the graduation design--- Yeah Yeah Hi Talk. Meanwhile, the work itself has revealed the following characteristics: fragmented program content, selection mode suitable for the guests and topics under Web 2.0, and full use of expressing meanings by symbols, which meets the demand for self-made talk shows by the video websites in the new environment. In the final part, the author discusses the authoring experience in his graduation design work from three perspectives: the importance of shooting board, the communication and guidance with guests and the comprehensive arrangement for shooting locations on the basis of scripts.
