The current modernity of communication event of environment under the media-controlled existence is highlighted, presenting a trend of means of protest groups diversifying and new media technology application becoming proficient. The way people obtain information and touch the world still relies on medium. Media has gradually become an important source of moulding public symbolized memory. Besides, the propaganda nature of the new type of media platform makes it more remarkably functional in aspects of reflecting the question from groups, generalizing negative emotion and intensifying group polarization. In the mean time, the reports of high frequency and homogenization also aggravate the negative feelings people have towards the PX Event, causing the negative image of PX implanted into the framework of the symbolized memory.
