With the widely application of the high frequency induction heating power source, the importance of frequency tracking control is more and more highlighted. According to the problems of heating power supply that the trace range of analog frequency tracking control circuit frequency is small, the hardware costs of digital frequency tracking control circuit frequency is high and the complex procedures are not easy to implement, etc. To solve the problems, digital and analog composite frequency tracking control circuit was proposed, This topic which took STM32 CD4046 and SG3525 as its main components. Through digital and analog of the frequency tracking compound control method, to overcome the narrow scope of traditional frequency tracking control circuit of frequency tracking, the electron components are easy to breakdown and the DPLL is expensive, the high R&D costs, etc.First of all, through constructing the high frequency induction heating power supply main circuit loop, introduced and analyzed in this paper several kinds of the adjust rate of work, and targeted against this topic selection, gives the realization of hardware and software design scheme of frequency tracking. With the Matlab simulation and experimental results validate the above analysis that the composite frequency tracking control circuit is characterized with fast and accurate frequency tracking, a wide frequency tracking range, low hardware cost, simple structure and easy to implement.
