With the continuous development of science and technology, more and more traditional manual work post was replaced with the automated equipment. And how to achieve the automation control equipment, then gradually formed an independent research subject. This topic is mechanical and electrical automation control field, from China's HuaLu panasonic electronic information co., LTD., bald production line automation to improve research projects. Baldheaded of LD to support by hand instead of adhesive joint automatic injection adhesive.Optical head is the core component of CD-ROM or DVD/VCD, is mainly responsible for the disc data reading and writing work. Its structure is very precise, most of the optoelectronic components are connected by adhesive bonding technology. While the LD bracket is a fixed and supporting role of LD light-emitting diode, it is of great impact on the quality of the adhesive. Its adhesive station is one of the most stringent requirements for the quality of the production line.Traditional LD bracket installation process, is to complete the manual injection adhesive bonding. The location and quality of the injection in this process are influenced by the workers'technology, the difference is big. We need a simple, high quality and stable injection process. Based on this purpose, the company began to develop automatic injection machine. The success will be improved by manual injection adhesive, which can effectively improve the production efficiency and product quality, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and bring more economic benefits to the enterprise. And can be used as the basis of the research, and gradually realize the automatic control of the semi manual production line.In this paper, the overall design of the automatic injection machine is carried out according to the technical requirements. Is the first mechanical parts, making the special jig and fixture driving device, transmission glue injection device, selection of appropriate glue injection controller, note glue needle, UV hardening furnace equipment.Secondly, the hardware design of the control system is completed. Select the appropriate features and accuracy of the hardware to achieve automatic control of the device. The main part of the hardware includes:MPC05GA motion control card, Ver4.1 FS30 offline transfer board, UI05 handheld teaching box, motor driver, serial line, offline keyboard and LCD screen.Then the software design of the control system is completed. According to the process requirements and the selected control system hardware, through the uVision4 Keil software to write the program to achieve the design action to meet the design requirements. The software program is composed of three parts, which are the alarm processing, the origin reset and the working process control.Finally after the completion of the hardware design and software design of the system, the test fixture displacement accuracy test, measurement of displacement accuracy of needle, note glue test, UV curing degree. After repeated testing and modification of the function of the equipment, the basic reached the expected requirements. The equipment can be completed in 4 parts, a total of 8 pieces of a total of injection gel point injection and UV work, with 66 seconds. The success of the four manual injection of each production line to simplify the post for an automatic injection, effectively save the manpower and material resources, and greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality.
