Coating a layer of three-proof glue on the internal circuit board of the electronic product can protect the circuit board from the bad environment,improve the safety and reliability of the electronic product and ensure the normal service life.However,the existing two-component glue spraying equipment is only suitable for the two-component three-component glue with a longer curing time when the three-component glue is applied,and the mixed glue will remain adhered to the mixed glue during the spraying process.At locations such as devices,glue pipes,and nozzle inner walls,the glue will block the equipment after curing and affect the use;therefore,most companies often use manual coating operations when using two-component and three-proof glue,and the quality of the brush coating is poor and the efficiency is also more low.Based on this problem,the thesis designs a two-component automatic glue application system,proposes a new mixing technology suitable for applying two-component glue and studies its practicality.The main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the two-component three-proof glue and the mixing technology,a new mixing technology route suitable for coating two-component glue is proposed,and the specific mixing scheme and work flow are formulated,Designed the general structure of the auxiliary device for conveying glue and a single nozzle.2.Based on the analysis of the atomization mechanism of the nozzle and the related theoretical knowledge of the fluid,the internal flow field of a single nozzle is simulated and calculated by Fluent,and the distribution state,velocity and pressure of the gas-liquid two phases in the calculation area under different working conditions It is found that when the nozzle structure is certain and the glue liquid inlet speed is appropriate,the larger gas pressure is beneficial to the gas-liquid two-phase mixing,and the liquid phase parameters at the nozzle outlet are summarized when the gas-liquid two-phase distribution is good.,Which provides parameter basis for the simulation calculation of the external flow field behind the nozzle.3.A single nozzle is used to simulate and analyze the specific atomization effect of the glue.Based on the analysis of various indicators to evaluate the atomization characteristics of the nozzle,combined with the results of the internal flow field simulation,the external flow field of a single nozzle is simulated and calculated,and the rules of the influence of different operating parameters on the nozzle flow field and the particle size of the droplet are obtained.It was found that when the nozzle structure is fixed,the relative velocity of gas-liquid has the greatest effect on the particle size of the glue droplets,which is mainly concentrated around 300?m.The comparative analysis of the particle size predicted by the empirical formula and the numerical simulation results verifies the calculation model and parameters used in the simulation process reasonable value.4.Practicability research and structural design of atomizing and mixing two-component glue of combined nozzle.First,the key parameters of whether the rubber droplets tend to aggregate or separate after collision are analyzed;then the external flow field of the combined nozzle is simulated,and it is found that the particle size and velocity have a tendency to become larger after the collision of the droplets.The diameter is mainly gathered around 400?m,and the comparative analysis of the droplet size distribution of the combined nozzle and the single nozzle under the same working conditions proves that the method of atomizing and mixing the two-component glue through the combined nozzle is feasible;finally,according to the combined nozzle The influence of different structural parameters on the mixing of the glue,found that when the angle of the combined nozzle is 30°,the center distance is 10 mm,the spray shape and mixing effect of the combined nozzle is the best,combined with this parameter,the combined nozzle and automatic glue application are designed The overall structure of the system.
