With the continuous development of our society, people's spiritual construction goes deeper and deeper. Recently, the number of the registration of copyright works is bigger and bigger, and also the kind of work registration is getting more and bigger. The traditional work registration mainly uses paper as the carrier of message, which can not meet the needs of modern society any more. As the development of digital copyright career and multimedia technology, the application of work registration should be digitized and industrialized as much as possible.Because of the construction of a perfect and sound copyright services industrial system needs to take technology status, business situation and the needs of future development into consideration, so we must take strategies such as comprehensive planning and implement step by step, and at the same time when we develop system application platform we must adopt the open application platform, which can support the three level technical support structure--cloud storage, cloud computing, cloud services. Ensure the system be capable of a good openness, maintainability and high efficiency.Based on the several requirements discussed above, the work copyright registration protection system is mainly constructed by four sub-systems, which is work registration application system, software registration support system, and copyright trading docking system and so on. The work registration application system gives applicant a platform to apply online, so this can greatly simplify the process of work registration. The software registration support system makes the operation of software support registration more and more convenient, which can save a lot of manpower and resources. The copyright trading system realizes the connection with the copyright trading platform and makes the copyright trading much more like a business. The system database access layer uses Ibatis frame, the underlying database system adopts enterprise-level database Oracle 11 g. File saving adopts NAS storage, which has the advantages such as high capacity, high file access performance,high data security and easy expansion.In the end, we do some tests based on the system performance which are mainly aboutthe system file uploading and the test of core module concurrent operation. And then analyze the test data, optimize the system and analyze the feasibility of the system.
