Design And Implementation Of Police Information-sharing Platform

Recently, every departments have already established their own application system in need of their business and collected a large amount of datum in their routine work. These large resources of datum including population, company, credit records and geography etc scatter in Party, government, military service and governmentaffiliated departments.These information spreads out in different isolated islands and is unable to realize their social and economic value.Therefore, it is imperative to establish a safe and instantaneous platform for information sharing and interaction between departments.The main job of police is to maintain national security and clear up criminal cases. As a result, the police needs a lot of information which exists not only in their own system but also in banks, air companies, telecommunication companies and transportation system. In the meantime, some other government departments needs information in police system as well to work for themselves.Therefore, the police needs an integrated and shared information resource platform which can help government departments quickly and precisely obtain the information they need from other government departments. Furthermore, the platform can realize the informatization among government departments, promote cooperation between departments, and improve their IT level.The dissertation firstly analysis the platform's need and describes general practical realization of data exchange, sharing and safety. And then the dissertation introduces the whole system from the perspective of general frame and practical fame.According to the platform's need, the dissertation explains the sub-system in details,including page structure, data access, data connection protocol, error solution and application protocol. Finally, the dissertation illustrates the complete testing process from different methods and phrases.In the dissertation, the systematic frame of information sharing based on SOA mainly uses the J2 EE and database technology for analysis, research, design and application. Currently, the assessment has completed and applied in police intranet.
