The Information Integrated Management System Based The J2EE

With approach of the information times, new forms of communication such as the Internet and wireless communication have widely made a great impact on people's life and work, the CPC administrative ability is facing new challenges. Rapid development of IT and ongoing improvement of information infrastructure provide government departments with efficient and safe network office , information management and communication by way of e-government. Gaining information rapidly and accurately, transmitting information efficiently and safely, handling daily business quickly and easily for the government departments, have become an urgent problems.This paper mainly studies integrated information management system of Shanghai "two new" organization. The system is based on J2EE and B/S frameworks, uses J2EE to develop JavaBean/EJB of server application, JSP to develop presentation logic , HTML to realizes display of client application, JavaScript to handle complex and interactive operation.; J2EE is a development framework based on standard, modular and reusable component technology. It provides a series of API and deals with some application automatically. The design of system adopts three layers architecture: Web server/Application server/Database. The server of the system uses ORACLE database with account of computing performance and reliability of data. The system merges the Internet, GOV net work and official network so it needs frequent data interchange. At present, manual data transfer uses refuges or Hot-Swappable Disk among networks. Considering reliability and stability of interchange process ,the data interchange module of this system uses .NET of Microsoft corporation ,C# language, and adopts the object-oriented design method based on component modal of software structure. The transferring data uses the format of XML, adopts special program to merge data after data transfer. The data interchange module consists of listening, packing, delivering, transmitting, unpacking, parsing and collecting.The integrated information management system of Shanghai "two new" organization builds information management network system structure; realizes information collecting, merging, and delivering ; constructs ten fundamental database and data analysis of the whole city's two new organization. It becomes interactive communication platform of all the Party members of Shanghai "two new" organization, improves standardization and integrity of existing "two new "organization information management ,and provides data basis of management and decision-making for "two new" organization .
