The Development And Application Of Electronic Board For SAP R/3System

SAP R/3system is a very excellent enterprise resource planning system used by many large companies. This article is focused on the character of KANBAN in SAP system, and designs a new work flow according to the current management condition with SAP of warehouse in Chang chun Siemens VDO. To meet the warehouse's demand, it designs an electronic KANBAN program and shows the process of designing program on ABAP workbench.Its structure is as follows:Chapter one gives a total description of SAP, and analyses the system on the function modules, introduces four main modules including PP, MM, SD, FI and the technique structure including the work bench and tools.session manager, browser/server structure and so on.Chapter two introduces the character of KANBAN and researches the application of it in SAP system.Chapter three is the key point of the article. It shows how to develop program in SAP workbench according to the project of designing electronic KANBAN in SVCC. The project is divided into two sections including consuming in production and replenishment from the warehouse. Section one introduces the procedure of doing this project based on the software project development. Section two indicates the process flow and function of the program to show the feature of using it.Chapter four indicates the implementation of the module WM according to the application of it in SVCC, designs a new process flow to improve the management of warehouse and redefines the storage types of the warehouse to make it clearer and more convenient.To sum up, this article bases on the production condition of SVCC, researches the procedure of develop program in SAP system, designs the new process flow on demand of the warehouse and analyses how to use KANBAN in the system. It will make the system work better and optimize the enterprises'resource by improving the work flow according to the real demands.
