Since twenty-first Century,based on the development of digital technology,network technology,mobile communication technology,the new media has brought a lot of convenience and surprises to people's life,study and work,but also a profound impact on people's thinking mode,life style,learning,communication,entertainment,and habits,and even language habits.Under the new media environment,the subject,speed,content and form of knowledge communication have changed fundamentally,which put forward higher requirements for the self-regulated learning ability of college students.In addition,he promotion of independent learning ability has become an inevitable requirement for talent training and higher education.It is also the need for individual learning to meet their own knowledge learning.The introduction of this article mainly analyzes the background of the new media environment,from the new media and self-learning two aspects,combing the relevant research trends at home and abroad;at the same time,proposes the research ideas and methods.The first chapter of this paper mainly analyzed the new media and the autonomous learning of two concepts,connotation and characteristics,put forward the characteristics of College Students' Autonomous Learning under the new media environment,theoretical basis of mining research,as the basis for the study on the back.The second chapter mainly discusses the influence of new media environment on College Students' autonomous learning,the new media environment provides an ideal learning platform for students to study independently,has great influence on the way,environment,strategy selection and other aspects of learning;but the complexity of the new media environment for individual learning has a negative impact.The third chapter from the status quo of College Students' Autonomous Learning under the new media environment,put forward the individual learning on the basis of traditional independent learning ability,should also be more personalized,resource acquisition,information processing,process control,scientific evaluation and other factors to be strengthened.The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper,mainly discusses the promotion as a project full participation in the ability of independent college students under the new media environment,the need to participate in the social environment,school management,teachers' teaching and students' individual four aspects,and then puts forward the knowledge covering promotion,environment optimization,habits,support services,process control strategy,guidance,quality and ability to expand the eight aspects of College Students' autonomous learning ability promotion system.In the face of new media has brought hitherto unknown change for college students'self-learning,should give full play to its advantages in resources,path,communication and other respects,pay attention to the study of individual's internal and external environment to enhance external drive,make students autonomous learning more effectively,to adapt to the social need for innovative talents,and promote knowledge innovation.
