In the 1960 s,the famous American psychologist Albert bandura,on how to use the theory of cognitive development and on the basis of humanistic thought,create their own social learning theory,and constantly improve and become rich in the contemporary western moral education school reputation theory of moral education.This theory not only has an important role in psychology,but also in other fields have a certain influence,especially in the process of cognitive and behavioral development of teenagers,has played a leading role.In today's quality education in our country,the development of the theory of social learning of junior middle school students moral education has enlightening significance.Bandura from social learning of ternary reciprocal determinism,the junior middle school students in the formation and development of moral character as a people and the environment interaction in the socialization process.He laid special stress on the social environment and social learning and personal internal factors both in the junior middle school students in the process of the socialization of the important role of moral character formation and growth.Bandura think people's behavior is obtained by observational learning,in the process of observation or imitation learning,is the activity of role-models will behavior representation engraved in mind,and the appropriate action.Bandura the results made a clear distinction between expectations and performance expectations,highlight the role of cognition in behavior regulation and control,it will be great help to reveal the nature of human behavior.Under the diversification trend of the world,our country's political,economic,cultural,social and ecological all have different degrees of influence on moral education in junior high school students,and bandura social learning theory is the education system reform in China under the junior middle school students moral education aspects of a "good medicine".This article is based on bandura social learning theory,based on the research objects and research methods of education and moral education of the convergence,made the theory is feasible for application in the students' moral education.From aspects such as moral cognition,moral judgment and moral behavior to explore the problems in junior middle school students moral education,and from the aspects of cognitive factors,behavior factors and environmental factors to analyze the causes of,and in accordance with bandura social learning theory about cognition,environment,and behavior,interactive decision point of view,and put forward reasonable solution,to guide the junior middle school students set up the correct values,to enhance the social sense of responsibility,make them in the complicated social life,make the correct moral judgment and choice.
