The development of mass sports activities in our country has achieved significant results, healthy body now has become a well-known truth, and with the continuous improvement of people’s living standard in modern society, more and more people have but by their own discretionary leisure time, people in their daily lives more and more attention to your body health, rest more to care after yourself by what way to achieve what you want to exercise fitness effect, according to the research data shows that there are various ways of people’s leisure activities, and most activities are mainly concentrated in the gym, park, plaza, sports venues, within the school sports venues, and so on, but given the funds investment society staff sports activities are mainly concentrated in the park the people in the square.The development of mass sports at the same time involves physical, psychological, cognitive and behavioral, environmental aspects such as dimension, "bandura effect" is the result of bandura’s social learning theory, from the perspective of social psychology studies people participate in physical activity behavior and cognitive way and method. In this paper, we study mainly based on bandura social learning theory of observational learning, self-efficacy, self-regulation, reciprocal determinism paper discusses four aspects, the selection of guide value dimensions of social learning theory is "personal cognition, behavior and environmental factors and their interactions influence on human behavior, also known as"’bandura effect:behavior acquisition effect, environment to strengthen effect, inhibition effect, arousal effect. "For the masses to participate in the activities of group behavior and consciousness are analyzed.In this paper, on the whole structure mainly USES the following research methods:literature, logic analysis, interview method, observation data, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method. After reading a large amount of relevant literature and consolidation and has carried on the questionnaire, the questionnaire distributed and recycling the mathematical statistics analysis results, mainly analyzes the mass sports cognition, behaviour, motivation, environmental impact, and involves the bandura effect aspects of the logical relationship between the variables. "The research of the mass sports consciousness and behavior questionnaire" is suitable for mass sports exercise investigation and study, by means of a series of studies summarized conclusion as follows:1. Xuefu Park in TaiYuan of the mass sports activities to carry out the species variety, to participate in the activities of 44.8% people are through to the relevant person in charge of site under the guidance of physical exercise, "acquisition effect" here are well reflected, as a kind of indirect behavior study way, people mainly through their senses to get behavior.2. he park to participated in sports activities of the masses 49% of the population will be according to own actual situation to participate in activities, but also the existence of blindly follow, exercise content, mercurial is strongly influenced by the environment, cannot form the persistent exercise habits, in the new environment will not be able to exercise to try new activities, thinking is relatively curing.3. The park to participate in the activities of groups of motivation also only stay in the exercise, on the surface of not fully understanding of the effect on other fitness activities are beneficial to the individual, relative to their inhibitory effect "no adverse factors were identified to participate in activities.4.
